The boys wrestling team competed in some early season dual matches at Jeffersonville on Saturday. Freshman, Bryson Engle, made his high school wrestling debut with an impressive 4-0 day. Junior, Bryson Shanks, had a great day going 2-1 with his only loss occurring when wrestling up a weight class. Freshman, Kylan Roll, kicked his season off with a 2-1 record for the opening of his high school career. Senior, Gabe White, set off his senior year season with a 2-1 day at Jeffersonville. Last Monday, our two girls wrestlers, Jazzmen Grangier and Kai Combs wrestled at Borden with Jazzy going 2-1 and Kai competing well in her first matches as a wrestler. Our club wrestlers have been very successful in the early season as well!
